help me guys my iphone is not charging
when i connect to laptop, a msg popUp "usb not recognized"

try cleaning the usb part that goes into your phone, worked for me

Reinstall iTunes.

Complete Uninstall using Revo Uninstaller and reinstall it.

i have uninstall and then reinstall the iTunes but facing the same problem,

i think the reason is my cheap third party cable i will buy a new genuine cable today and check it weather the problem is in the phone or in the cable.
