how do u upgrade ios version wo/wifi

I've downloaded the 8.3 version of ios... but how can i install it

Install it with itunes

Put your iphonei into DFu mode ,

Open iTunes , press shift and click on restore then a windows will open , go where you download the iOS , double click on iOS and Done

Open iTunes -> Backup - Click Restore button -> Download the new iOS version -> Your phone will go into recovery and the restore will begin.

1. Make sure you have a recent iTunes backup.

Launch iTunes on your Mac or Windows PC

Plug your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch in using your USB to Lightning or USB to 30-pin Dock cable.

Click on the device icon at the top left to go to the device tab.

Click on Check for Update in the Summary pane.

Click on Download and Update.

Agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Enter the Passcode on your iPhone or iPad, if prompted.
