Help/Support Cydown half installed package

So I got this and I also remove the file that is in red and it's still not letting me remove it can someone help me out with this one ? Thanks ins advance

I fixed it okay so what I did was I went here

And I installed both and resprong my Idevice and it works

SOLVED:

 

Revert back to CYDIA 1.1.18 and TAIG 2.2.1

 

1)DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL (COPY PASTE ON BROWSER)

 

 a ) cydia_1.1.18_iphoneos-arm.deb 

 

AND

 

 b ) taiguntether83x_2.2.1_iphoneos-arm.deb 

 

2) REBOOT

 

3) DELETE (OR FORCIBLY) CYDOWN/ENABLE

 

4) ACCEPT ESSENTIAL UPGRADE --> BACK TO 1.1.19 AND 2.3

 

5) REBOOT

 

AND

 

6) INSTALL NEWEST VERSION OF CYDOWN
