Evey time i jb after restore all icons except newssletter,ibooks service ui disappeas and nothing works

i have tried deleting some system files but no gain help

I am on ios 8.4 on Ipad mini 3

Me too. Iwas stuck at 60% when i tried to use taig for jailbreaking.
