Edit2: Already fixed it, it's working, thank you!

I will write how I do it in case that someone has problem like me.

1. In step 8. After open game and go to main menu, switch to Filza (don't close the game's process).

2. Edit access permission in plist again to 0755 (I edited both 2 files in folder because I'm too lazy to check each file)

3. Switch back to game and buy music pack.

and continue to the step10.

 

Edit: After following all the step and start the game, access permission got changed back to 0500 (original)

Also, after buying "Just as planned" dlc, app lead me to input my apple password, and i click Cancel. It didn't confirm that i have purchased and IAP array got changed back to false.

I think the main problem is from access permission that changed from 0755 to 0500 everytime i enter the game.

Any suggestion? Thank you in advace. @Destux172002

PS. I used Filza to edit and It's my first time, so i might made mistake somewhere

That problem is caused by the plist file in the SyncedPreferences and the com.google.gmp.measurement.plist. Deleting either of them will cause the game to have problems. I moved mine in /var/mobile/Documents together with the modified copy of the plist file if the purchase doesn’t get confirmed (that way I can just paste the copy back without going through the hassle of editing). Mine worked on the first try, but after doing more edits to the plist file, the second try usually works.
