Hmm. I don't know any good Hex Editors from Cydia but I do recommend HxD for the desktop. Let me see if Filza is a good hex editor.

If you tap the binary in iFile (the '!') icon, i believe, an option will pop up that shows "Open with..." There is a hex editor in there You will want to tap the magnifying glass, and make sure the search is set to ASCII. Then type in vortex mod value you mentioned. It will be on the far right side of the screen. It should be along the lines of '123456.frameB' w/ 123456 being the vortex value

is this only for 64-bit devices? I use an ipad Mini and my game crashes after loading lol... can anyone help me?

Anyone on older iDevices crashing? No probs on my iphone 6 but my ipad 2 crashes after the loading is done (right before the actual game screen comes up).

Even did a reinstall and same result on the iPad. (and this is with no mods or changes)

Did you set the binary permissions to 777? (Read, Write, Execute)

 

Did you edit the hexes correctly? Either those could be the source of your crashing.
