The binary was not updated, everything still remains as before. Now to test item injection..

For what it's worth, managed to find out the new offset for item injection within Zahir's binary:

 

 

 

Shall relocate it again after maintenance (if I am not banned for blatant abuse of mods in game). Then I'll try replacing the item codes. Or has anyone already tried this before and confirmed that it is not working? I was using HxD.

Does not seem to work though, although I cannot be absolutely sure. Just tested Demon Eye, and app crashed upon the opening of a treasure chest. Shall try more common materials, and if that does not work, the feature is either patched, or the item codes have changed.

 

EDIT: Sky Orb with the item code provided does not work either. Most likely patched
