Sorry to bother you all but I need to ask a question. Do u know how to temper items with cheat? There’s a guy in the game blade reborn that’s doing it but I can’t understand how.

It’s the worst player ever. He use cheats to ruin others game’s experience. So if someone dare him to reveal  his secret maybe He will stop ruining the game. He has reach 2 million and more might. That is absurd. He has a lot of charts with just one item tempered over the possible. So he play all the race in the game and stole all the fun for the others. Can any of you please solve this mystery?
