Help/Support cannot connect iDevice with USB cable

when i connect my device to my pc using USB cable, Windows explorer found it and I can import pictures and vid with Windows Explorer. but iTunes, iFunbox , AnyTrans and other app didnt find it.  I can still connect my device with WiFi SSH and SFTP. And I can still connect to my other PC(win 7) . I tried reinstalling iTunes but it didnt help.

 

I'm using iPad 2,Wifi and Windows 10 Tech Preview x64

Un-install IFunbox,Itunes etc..

After that download them again.

Try reinstalling the drivers

Just go in properties of the device --> drivers --> update driver --> manually select --> choose the one which says Apple mobile ...something !

I uninstall every apple software on my PC and reinstall it again ( even Quicktime )
