What do you think would go wrong if you remove that package? :p

If the new Pangu 8.1.3 - 8.x Untether Pacakge wants it removed then you should remove it.

But the warning..that it can damage my phone.. I should do it?

I have TaiG Uicache installed on my 8.3. Upon updating the TainG 8.1.3-8.x, I was never asked to remove that package.

Removing it might cause issues since it's an "Essential Package".

You should either Forcibly Clear or restore and re-jailbreak with the new TaiG Jailbreak tool. Either way, make a full iTunes Backup.

Back up is done. The new tool you mean is v2.1.1 right?

Gonne restore and re jailbreak Again..

2.1.2 http://www.taig.com/

Since you're going to restore, you can try forcibly removing the package first.
