Yeah my wording wasn't the best on that its in game although I believe the parts are not.

@DexterCstrike make sure you are not wearing shoes. The way I got it to work was equip everything and then remove the shoes. It also doesn't work in sector 7. 

Almost completely positive its not in game yet. 

No idea why but I noticed that on a few games. Sorry for tagging you @DiDA but you might know more.

Yup same here. Freezing or just straight crashes. It only started it a few updates ago.
