Hey, for some reason i dont have the vip like the hack says i should, it asks me to pay for any vip add ons? how do i fix this

this never downloads on my phone i always get an error

scarlet doesnt install, i get a pop up saying it cant be verified without an internet connection even tho i have one and it says the app is verified in the device management section same for me still havent found a work around
