    I've never been able to successfully download something from this store. It starts "enqueing" and then inevitably throws a 500 error after a few hours, so I don't ever hit the 4 or 5 day wait time. I'll try again, restart from 0, and sure enough after a few hours it's another error. I come back every few weeks to try again but it's always the same. Am I doing something wrong here?
