I do every step and everything seems to be fine and it ask me if I want to use the new or old account, but when I pick my old account after it restarts it just says I'm banned still. Is anyone else having this problem? Any help would be appreciated.

The unban step doesn't work anymore? I have iphone6 version 8.1.2, i have done all step, after i have type this [ delete from genp where agrp = 'A4QBZ46HAP.com.gameloft.SingleSignonGames' ] i hit search and the message say affectived line 7, then i fallow steps 5 to 10 and my account still got ban. any idea?

Same thing for me, hopefully someone figures out why it's not working for us. I miss playing dh5 haha

Old account

Lucky. Everytime I do it it lets me make a new account, but when I log back into my gamecenter and choose my old dh5 account I get the banned message again.

I'm banned in Dungeon Hunter 5. I'll try this method. I hope work.
