- Abilities never come off CD
Since in current patch it's not possible to make 0 CD hack (Only enemies & lvl 1 abilities get it) I'd like to see mod that disables abilities overall. Maybe such hack would only effect enemies or tier 1 abilities? Either way it would be very useful to never get to use skills as long as it's shared with enemies. If it's not shared with enemies like 0 CD, then no point.
