It seems to just give ~50,000 diamonds that go down when used. This is plenty to get all the in app purchases and then some, so I'm quite happy with this hack. The issue is that it saves over your current save with a new profile, so I recommend doing this on a fresh game. Insert the two folders just like this thread says to do, load up the game, save the game, and then hit "New Game" on the home menu. This will transfer the ~50,000 diamonds over to the new save, as Diamonds carry over to new games. This let me have my own profile and start from the beginning while also starting with 50,000 diamonds. I'm not sure how to apply the diamonds to an existing profile, hopefully someone else might be able to test that out
