Same issues here , although i got my settlement materials in my inbox , it shown increased after i took it out of my inbox . But after that , but if you quit and re-login the game , your settlement materials in you inbox will dissapear . Hope the team would able to fix it soon .

The hacks are fun to play with. But i am level 75 and i don’t even have a chopper nor any vehicle. Idk whats the point of wasting my time waiting for energy when i can just waste my time or spend money on legit game 😪😪
