I've had this problem before till i figured it out. 1. activated debug menu 2. type the dungeon id on the upper half of blank boxes. 3. press return on keyboard. (pop-up should show. press ok) 4. press exit 5. go to home tab (regardless if you did this whole process in home) 6. press top left corner (preferably the exp) and it should work
