login screen is blank..keeps loading but nothing happens. iOS8.3 iphone 6+ jailbroken

i downloaded the Fallout Shelter hack yesterday and installed via ifile and everything. i opened the app and it says you must login. i click "thank you" and it brings up a blank screen with the loading wheel on the top right. it stays blank and never does anything so i cant even logon. im on ios8.3 jailbroken. i also tried a LDOE hack and it also is a blank login screen with the loading wheel spinning forever
