Any ideas on how I should go about hunting down this problem ?

hey guys, can anyone kindly help me or provide guidance on how I should deal with this? I'm on Android 7 .. my game crashes when I try to view collection , change champion, or go to team 3 in case I wanted to fight I did not do any character code hacks on this account , except for fusing shao khan to IV*(by increasing my soul shards)* , back when relic hunt was on , but I had more shards to fuse up again I don't remember what Kards i have on team 3 either .. tried the following : clear data and log in again (after tutorial) purchasing some kards from market buying an elite pack .. I think this happened first when I clicked Change champion ( was set to shao khan)
