sorry about needing to bump this - i still have yet to get my app+ licence transferred to my new device  

as mentioned i’ve filled in the transfer form a couple times, not sure what went wrong where...

i’ve pm-ed rook too as instructed to 

so can someone please help me with this? 

hi, i’ve filled up the transfer form with my email add, order no, new udid, about 4,5 times, but yet to get it properly transferred for use on my other device :(
