    i think my issue is when the plan expired and renewed a while after got such issue with my account, can you check it please? EDIT: if i already decrypted/download same app old version, for new version stay on enqueued state(i confirmed this issue)

    even from usa store, always that enqueued issue tried paid vpn different dns different pc always same issue : enqueued
