  1. Hello! I just purchased a subscription yesterday to download the Episode app on my iPhone 8 Plus IOS 16. It ran just as intended, but this morning I tried running it and I received this message: “Your account has been permanently suspended for violations of our Terms of Service. For more information, please contact support”. I am still able to go through the login process just fine but am unable to proceed with the app. I have reset my safari and redownloaded the game several times with no luck. How should I approach this issue? If my account truly got suspended, I wonder what I did in less than 8 hours that would warrant that. Thank you in advance!
