I have unlocked shuggar daddy and still the store button is locked...what should I do?

It runs but I can't buy nothing because the store is blocked, why????? I must say that I had the game before and was apk mod I was also the store blocked.Some ideas? ?

I was looking for  this for  a long  time ?
