That’s been my issue for a month.

How did you fix the issue or was it ever fixed

Rook reached out but still not heard back. Let’s get to the point. I’ve been almost a MONTH…1 month I haven’t been able to use the hacks. So I want a refund, the problem fixed, or my time extended for a month. I think I’ve been patient long enough.

I have tried everything. Mobile…Wi-Fi…nothing. Closing all apps & restart phone…nothing. I thought maybe it’s my original last day game that it just wasn’t working so I downloaded a different game…same issue. I can’t use any hacks. So I feel they should give us a partial refund for the time lost or a free month. Because honestly I don’t feel I’ve gotten any help. The responses have not fixed the issue.

I usually play last day on earth. I tried plants vs zombies…nope neither game will take hacks. There’s nothing wrong with my account. I’ve paid the app & vip pro & it won’t let me use hacks at all.

You mean the crater? You don’t. Apple has specifically designed that section unable to use hacks….like the settlement.

I can’t even click on 1 hack without the prompt for vip pro. I’m trying every possible combination.

I tried Wi-Fi & phone on new update & still same response. I’m on my account on the main iOSGods hack app but it feels like LDOE doesn’t want to recognize my account.

Last day on earth. I checked my debit card & the app & vip are paid for. I load the game and pull up the hack menu. I click on something like free crafting & it immediately gives me the screen to upgrade to ⚡️ VIP or see VIP perks.

I’ve done all that and it STILL isn’t working. I’ve went through the list Rook posted and nothing.

I’ve got vip access & it’s still doing it. I’ve tried another network…still doing it.

So I upgraded to VIP to be able to reactivate my hacks & it still won’t let me use them. I just paid & you can check my account. I shouldn’t have to wait or get an upgrade prompt.

When I bought it it said active for 1 year

I select my 3 most common cheats but when I go for a 4th it says cheat limit reached. I have to deselect one of the others to use a different cheat.

So I got it & while it still says cheat limit reached I can work around that. So long as it doesn’t start limiting me to 1 cheat like before. Good job.

So my question is I was using PH VIP to access your apps. I purchased ios3.0. Will I still be charged for PH?

I use the PH app. 3 weeks ago it started saying cheat limit reached. Then I couldn’t even get into the game. I posted about the issues & I was told it’s a server issue we’re working on a fix. That was 3 weeks ago. Still the same issue…can’t even get in. I started using another app & the game worked fine until it got revoked. So I know it’s not an issue on my end. But what bothers me is I’m told we’re working on it…that shouldn’t take 3 weeks.

The game actually has to work first. They “been working on it” for the last 3 weeks

This was what I was saying 3 weeks ago. I’ve been patient & im trying not to be rude. But from a customer perspective 3 weeks to for the game to be essentially pointless was irritating. As I’ve said before I’m big on communication but I appreciate your getting on it.

So the hack still doesn’t work. I’ve been patient. When I start the hack after downloading it from NOT ALLOWED!er I follow the instructions of clicking cancel. Then it says sign in required…no problem I sign in. Then it gives me a screen trying to sell VIP when I’ve already paid for my vip. I actually get into the game & can only click on 2 cheats before it says limit reached. Then like 1 minute later it boots me. I give credit like someone is trying to fix it but only gets so far then quits. And it’s not on my end because I used another hack service & the game worked just fine. I was told well we can’t help with the game because it’s not officially with us yet when I reach out to technical support this website is where I’m directed to.
