Ok, so I have some idea. If the upgrade of pallet is possible in the game, but only with materials in backpack, what if I try to enter the settlement with those materials in my backpack? Will it work to unlock the settlement then? The other thing is getting those things needed for upgrade. That’s different story… I am just wondering if my approach is correct.

That’s right, i forget that i also upgraded the pallet. Couldn’t use the pallet also as i was in the settlement. I just hope someone can help and provide some solution. I have checked forum but couldn’t find anything.

I did try and it didn’t work for me. This is a fix for “can’t leave base” problem which was solved by the update to 1.20.1. I found a video that you talked about. My problem is that I can’t enter settlement. I can leave base, go whenever I need but settlement. When I want to enter it just freezes on loading screen. And then I need to restart the game so I can go elsewhere but from map screen. I am pointed at settlement on the map, but as I enter it, it just freezes immediately. The issue might be that I have something inside the settlement that is not yet available or free to use in game or whatever.

Guys, I can’t get to the settlement anymore. I did build something or multiple some resources ( not sure what exactly) and now I’m blocked. It keeps freezing on the loading screen. Anyone know how to make it work again?
