Yes I’m using it overnight with auto clicker on season pass, after reset will use it for inf dungeon key on secret undead room to max out the earring. It’s working perfectly for me.

Code wise it does even look like you could manipulate the outcome of the gacha roll, same with plenty of other stuff in this game.
But with the short amount of time I was able to invest into this game, I'm not qualified to make 100% true statements.

For the roll it doesn’t matter(I felt) becos eventually it will reach there, just need to have more chance. Because the max level is 200. Increase a lot of atk and hp if you happen to read up the stats chart in game.

Yes, as the premium pass and dungeon infinite key able to let me max upgrade, as previously I mess up my account so I deleted and replay it, so I need a few mod to get back on track.
