    I even installed a earlier version and it worked to see if it was me.I reinstalled cydia substrate and preference loader.I tried putting my phone in safe mode with the power on then holding up volume.Uninstalled the earlier version of course.

    The .deb is corrupted. Checked my preference loader and substrate. Used ifile installer.Its corrupted bro.
