Does anyone have a problem of stuck on loading zone when leaving home to world map?

I'm just facing a new issue recently. Before I used to install via Si - Not Allowed - and my account can link to GameCenter properly. Now my Si - Not Allowed - has been revoked and I tried to install via Sideloadly, and I realized my new install can't actual connect to GameCenter. Would love a fix here, thank you!

I have an issue...picking up an item won't allow me to drop, as it seem to constantly duplicate in my hand. Before when picking up other items in other areas, restarting the game would put me onto the map and if I travel to other area then status is cleared. However this time I picked up electrical generator at home, and restarting won't put me into the map and just leaves me in my home. Now I can't leave to the map and I can't put down the item, is there anyways to remediate the situation or should I just consider the game done for me? Thanks.
