It is working, but minions at enemy stronghold have too max dmg, so They one-shoot you. -

This hack have big problem, when you activate max stats then minions at enemy castles have too max 2,14 bil dmg, so They one shot you Beside that is working great for me on ipad 4 with other hack too.
