I downloaded this game prehacked from vshare vip, could someone please help me with saving my progress, so when i have to reinstall it next time they update?

How do u save your game progress so i wont lose it for the next time i they update and i have to redo this process?

i take it not to use my legit itunes account? therefore i should make a bogus one? sorry, im ignorant when it comes to this stuff.. any help would be appreciated.. im a vip share member and ive about had all i can take with their app install problems..

i unveiled the hidden content, then clicked on the link and it redirects me to some adfly page and it tricked me into thinking i have to download some no tracker, web updater and opera browser, in order to download the hack. i finally downloaded the hack file and when i try to open it, so i can drag it into the cydia impactor that i downloaded, my Vshare helper app opens instead. what do i do?

why do i have to download like 10 different programs to get the hack? then when i finally download it and open it, it opens up my vshare application? i dont get this?
