For those that want fortnite on ios 10 or lower here is a simple way to do it, Install LowerInstall from the repo below and after that go to settings and choose what IOS version you want your phone to pretend to be and after that you should be able to download it. (works with other apps also) notice that fortnite has a jailbreak detection so this way you will only be able to download the game not enter it

im using cracktool2 and it works fine for me
