He I had the same problem, if any of the apps you can only load with a jailbreak are open (cydia and other tweaks) close them from the app switcher( I recommend closing all apps), when you go on yalu it might work or reboot, if it reboots just swipe yalu up and go on it, it might reboot again just keep doing this and it will work

You cant actually access them because the human verification doesn't work (when you download an app and run for 30 secs the link still won't be unlocked). So it doesn't matter if you fill with false data If that's what your talking about

And it says go to this and download an app. Do not fall for this these websites can track your IP address, you might think, Google does that, they are trusted you don't know who made the website, this could also be for a new jailbreak that people are pretending to release and you complete a survey for human verification.
