I’m getting ‘2FA requested second time?’ After inputting my 2FA sms, but no anisette error anymore.

edit: used the Apple ID on my phone and it works now, but I can’t find the app on my phone the app is signed but I can’t find where it is

edit 2: managed to get it to show up, i just had to give it a space on the Home Screen to install on rather than waiting for it to pop up in the App Library (iOS 14)

I think you have to download the IPA on your computer, it should open up sideloadly with the ipa ready to install.
