Just make sure you are connected to gamecenter check that in settings if it says disconect you are connected then you can safly earse the game and when you have dowloaded it again it whants you to choose a server like when you started the game in first place and after you have choosen a server its gonna ask you if you whant to restore your game from erlier and press RESTORE and its gonna ask you to write the numbers that they are showing on the screen just type the numbers and you have your base back!
