This is a provision.cpp:71 error for cydia impactor. Everytime you get one of these provision.cpp errors you need to google it along with the 2 words cydia impactor after that.
To fix this you will make sure you are on the latest version and then go to the xcode part and click revoke certificates. Try sideloading the ipa you had trouble with.
if that doesnt work go to the device menu and click install packages and then find the ipa you want to install
