The popup to buy never pops up, whne i click buy on anything it loads for a few seconds then just pops up with the error message. i connected to a diffrent internet and it is still giving me the error.

Can anyone help me every time i buy something from the store it says "OOPS... Service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." Would love any help thanks!
