    Is there a how-to page that walks someone through how to do this? I tried using another email address (not my main Apple ID) for the Apple Developer account but same phone number, and it said it couldn't be created at this time. Is there a conflict with using a number associated another Apple ID?

    Do you have to have/purchase an Apple Developer account just to use Sideloadly? (I have iPhone 13 Pro Max with iOS 15.5, thus not jailbroken. I primarily want to download PdaNet.)
