I just downloaded the game through the iOSGods app and I am in a duel in the beginning! No cards is being placed everything is stuck ! How do I fix it ??

no you wont 
i have done the same thing
i logged out game center and logged in with a new apple ID and started all over 
all you need to do is wait until sniper is released in the game and re log in your old apple id in game center
hope you will be willing to start all over again
