Would that solve it and allow it to download without it keep asking?

I have a user who is trying to download an app. They are downloading local anisette files but when it’s done. It keeps asking them to install it. They deleted and reinstalled. Restarted computer. Ran as admin and it didn’t work. Any  fix?

Additionally, this update was also tested and confirmed working on iOS 15.5!

I have a user that when they click install local anisette it keeps asking them to install it. Restarted pc and reinstalled. Even on remote anisette. It asks them to download again and it still doesn’t work.
