well he is pretty good for fighter team captain, his captain abillity is better than mihawk's and thats something. and he also adds x22 char attack as additional typeless damage if you hit no lower than good as sailor ability and his ability is pretty good and he's only cost 30

lucci is also very good, the dex one i use him and pretty nice with the 50% defense reduction and 10% hp cut to enemies
