Help/Support Unable to login into sideloady v0.25

This is what it tells me I'm not sure why, is it because I'm using a legit apple id or is it because of two factor authentication? And I read the sideloady download link and it told me to use a disposable apple id but I don't know how to make one without is signing out of my device and loosing my data.
