Help/Support iFile .deb error code: 32512

I've tried reinstalling the Cydia version but it's not working -
I've been trying to download .deb files from my iFile and I end up getting this. Is there any way to fix this? I've tried using Filza and I end up with "Could Not Open In Terminal" and I have no clue what that means. --: Executing Command: /usr/bin/dpkg -i "/var/mobile/Documents/com.shmoo.pixelgun3d.deb" Finished with Result Code: 32512 --: end My iFile is side loaded with Cydia Impactor. I'm currently running iOS 10.2 on an iPhone 6 Plus in a jail broken state using the Yalu jailbreak.
