Hi,
I have been playing LDOE for a couple of weeks on my non-JB iPad Pro (12.9-inch) (4th generation). Last week I attempted to play and saw the screen “Update the Game” (please see the screenshot link below). I pressed the update button and was taken to the App Store, but when I pressed the update button, it never loads completely and I am unable to play the game.
I’ve done my best to read the help topics and educate myself about the issue, but just can’t figure it out. I’d be grateful for the community’s help.
