By editing the game's save file, you can max out generals, unlock all in-app purchases, modify currencies, complete achievements, upgrade territory, and more. The file cannot be edited with a normal text editor. The game stores its save inside the Documents folder: File: headquarter.sav Contents: All game progress — generals, currencies, items, campaign stages, conquest, territory, achievements, mail, purchases, and more. Backup: headquarter.sav.bak Contents: Automatic backup copy of the save file. The save editor handles all decryption, decoding, re-encoding, and re-encryption automatically. Max Currencies + Items – Sets gold, medals, and resources to maximum. Adds all missing items to inventory. Max Generals + Equipment – Maxes all generals to Level 36, Rank 30, Emperor title. Assigns best equipment and troops. Unlocks all skins. Max Progress – Completes all campaign stages, conquest entries, expedition levels, achievements, and development paths. Unlock Territory Buildings – Initializes territory, upgrades all building types to max level, and adds all 19 wonder buildings. Method 1 – Non-Jailbroken Devices Step 1 – Download the IPA Download the European War 7 IPA. Since it is free on the App Store, you can extract it yourself or obtain a decrypted copy. Step 2 – Enable Document Browsing When signing the IPA using ESign, Feather, or a similar sideloading tool, make sure that Document Browsing is enabled. This allows the game files to appear inside the iOS Files app. Step 3 – Sign and Install Use your P12 certificate to sign the IPA with Document Browsing enabled. Install the signed IPA onto your device. Step 4 – Launch the Game Once Open European War 7 once after installation. This will generate the required save file. After launching it once, you can close the game. Step 5 – Access the Save File Open the Files app. You should see a folder named "European War 7". Open it and navigate to the Documents folder. Locate headquarter.sav. Copy or extract this file. Step 7 – Replace the Save File Go back to the European War 7 folder in Files. Delete the original headquarter.sav and replace it with the modified one. Make sure the filename matches exactly: headquarter.sav. Step 8 – Launch the Game Open the game again. Your modifications should now be applied. Method 2 – Jailbroken Devices Step 1 – Install the Game Download the game from the App Store. Step 2 – Locate the Save File Using Filza, navigate to the app container and open the Documents folder. Now, first of all, you need a certificate to sign applications using ESign. You can find free certificates online, but most of them expire within 2–3 days. If you don’t want to pay anything, there are two systems called Sideloadly and AltStore, but you’ll need to connect your phone to a computer and refresh it every seven days. However, sometimes apps may not function as expected. For example, if you have progress in a game, you’d want to save it, right? But these two free systems may not allow you to sign into your Game Centre account. So, ESign is the most reasonable option, but you need to buy a certificate. These certificates are usually sold online or in Telegram groups. Some sellers accept PayPal, while others only take crypto payments. A certificate is essentially like an annual subscription – in short, a nameless company isn’t satisfied with the profit margin of your device, so they come up with new ways to rip you off. Don't pay more than $15 for these certificates because that’s their real worth. They’ll try to hype up their certificates, claiming they’re special, have a lifetime guarantee, etc. Don’t believe them—it’s all nonsense. Anyway, you’ll need to import this certificate into ESign. There’s something called a UUID, which is a randomly assigned number for each device. ESign has a tool to retrieve this number—use it. Finally, I’ll attach some screenshots below; follow those settings exactly. Go to ESign’s settings. I’ll also show you how to add Satella, but don’t add it to ESign’s settings, or it will install Satella by default on every app. Instead, add Satella when signing an app. Apart from that, there’s no extra magic to it. If you need more guidance, there are tons of tutorials on YouTube. One more thing: this certificate is valid for one year. After that, it expires, and you’ll need to delete everything you installed using that certificate from your phone. Then, you’ll have to get a new certificate and reinstall the same apps. In your case you can’t perform Jailbreak because your iDevice and iOS version of it is too new to be Jailbroken. You can download SatellaJailed.dylib file to your iDevice. Afterwards move it to ESign folder in the iOS’s Files app. Follow these steps in ESign: 1) In Signature -> More Settings, import SatellaJailed.dylib 2) Make sure to use “@executable_path” and “Frameworks” 3) Sign and install the patched IPA After signing the Hitman Sniper, open it you will see a purple star floating menu. You can tap on it and enable extra features. (I suggest you to enable everything except stealth because it causes continues non-stop crash sequences. You will have to re-install the app.) Now after you are done with everything, tap on ‘Apply Changes’ app will close itself, open it again, go to store. You can purchase stuff which costs real money for free. Rifles, tokens, money etc. Note: After every purchase you will get that iOS’s purchasing screen, don’t worry just close it, you won’t be charged since you don’t double click on power button to purchase. Btw, if you are using another signing app, let me know but like the steps are up and down the same which I assume you can figure out easily.

The forum may not find the links friendly always but just search on Safari about ‘Satella Jailed Official GitHub’ you will get your result. Just download the .deb file which says ‘Satella Jailed’ or anything related to that name. (You will download 1 single .deb file.) If you provide your device status I can explain the rest
