Rook i know that but i have had a subscription since last year an its been renewed in june but still cant install it yet theirs new subcribers that are able to access the app after purchasing it this is unfair as i the money as been took an paid 

Why wont the app+ install i have membership but hasnt been working for a few week now 

Why is the app+ not insralling for me i have a subscription an as been like it for weeks now with no reply from any messages this is not fair
