    Tippy's post in No VPN/DNS seems to be working with Netflix was marked as the answer   
    I don't know if it's gonna work for anyone else but if you log into your modem instead and and fill out the DNS info/also disable IPV6 (using Windows 10 btw) it seems to fix the block Netflix imposed.
     
    At least for me.
