Help/Support Playbox & movie box help !! Not loading - New to this

Hi all new to this so any help would be truly appreciated ! what's the best way to get movie box or playbox back on an iPad retina they worked for a week then had a moment and no longer work, tried to reinstall but it won't load ???! any ideas please ?? cheers Jf
