Thank you. Reinstalling the app fixed it!

Hi, I’m new here and have purchased the iOSGods+ app and VIP subscription. However for some reason in the App Store, I cannot download the hack for Simcity buildit. The word install is greyed out and there’s a spinning icon in the top right which lasts seemingly forever (I’ve given it about 30 minutes before giving up.) This is the only app I’m having any difficulty with which is annoying, as it’s the main reason I signed up! Can someone help me as to where I might be going wrong please? I have tried to attach a picture, but all of the image hosting URL’s I’ve tried, fail…
