Every app on my iPhone 6s iOS 10.2 won't download or update. Whenever I click update the little blue spinning wheel fills in and never moves. I have tried on 6 different wifi networks and cellular data! Tweak list below! Problem still occurs when JB and non-JB. Any help would be appreciated!
